Toronto Elite Epoxy Flooring has been coating GTA floors since 2010, built on one rule: prepare the concrete properly, use 100% solids materials, and put the warranty in writing.

Mississauga quickly became one of our busiest markets. The city has some of the densest logistics and manufacturing space in the country, and with industrial vacancy around 2.6%, owners are renovating older buildings in Meadowvale, Malton, and the Southdown Industrial Area rather than moving. Those floors need shot blasting, trench and joint repair, and coatings that can take forklift traffic around the clock.

We set up a dedicated Mississauga division to serve that demand without changing anything that made the parent company work. It is the same crew, the same shot-blast and diamond-grind equipment, and the same workmanship warranty as our Toronto headquarters. We added fixed-price contracts after an on-site assessment within one business week, because facility managers told us budget certainty matters as much as the floor.

Today the division covers both sides of the market. On the commercial side, we install forklift-rated epoxy near Pearson and Highway 401, novolac containment in Southdown, and CFIA-compliant urethane cement for food and pharmaceutical plants. On the residential side, we finish salt-resistant flake garages in Port Credit and Erin Mills and moisture-mitigated basements in Churchill Meadows. Every job carries $2M liability and WSIB clearance.
